While I was clearing out my hard drive the other day, I found one of my FAVOURITE interviews ever!
Now, this interview isn’t just about tense shoulders! This is about unravelling the underlying threads of tension that cause you to do what you do, say what you say, and feel what you feel.
The reason it’s so important to listen to this interview is because left unchecked, these threads of tension have the power to sabotage your very best intentions in life, love and intimacy.
